VENDOR FAQ

 

Q. What type of vendor services are accepted into the program?

A. Any provider of a real estate related service may be a part of our program.  Examples: Home Inspection, Contracting and Construction, Insurance, Pest Control, Mold Abatement, Moisture Control, Surveying, Appraising, Printing and Marketing, Signs and Sign Riders, Technology including Telephone and Computing, Automobile Services, etc.



Q. What exposure to agents will I get as a Preferred Vendor?

A. You will have a display ad on our company website accessed by all of the Solid Source agents.  You may have a link in the ad to your website for forms to order services, or to any other reasonable destination.  We want agents to be able to contact you directly to do business.  You may choose to present classes on our agent training schedule to get face-to-face with agents throughout the Metro area.  Many service companies have approved Real Estate Schools and can offer free Continuing Education credits to our agents.  It is a great way to add to your agent-client base.
 


Q: How long does the fee make me a Preferred Vendor?

A: One year from receipt of application and payment.  You will have the opportunity to renew in 12 months(Vendor must maintain professional standard set forth in vendor agreement.)



Q: Am I guaranteed placement in the program?

A: Unfortunately not.  We will review the registration and invite all accepted applicants to an interview either in person or via web conference.  We also reserve the right to dismiss a company from the program if we get repeated complaints from our agents or clients.  Quality of service is expected of all participants.
